1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to all locations across India (Pan India delivery).
  • Our delivery network covers all major cities, towns, and most pin codes across the country.
  • For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take slightly longer than the standard timeframe.
  • International shipping is not available at this time. We will update this policy when international delivery becomes available.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of order dispatch (not the date of order placement):

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on All Orders!

We offer complimentary shipping on every order, regardless of the order value. No minimum purchase required.

There are no hidden shipping fees or additional delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  • A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
  • All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this tracking number on our shipping partner's website to monitor your delivery status in real time.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our support team immediately:

  • Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
  • Damaged Package: If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the package and contact us immediately with photographs of the damage.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt replacement.
  • Undelivered Orders: If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or issue a refund.
