Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

• You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The return request must be initiated within this 7-day window. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• The date of delivery is determined by the delivery confirmation from our shipping partner.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The product must be in the same condition as it was received, with all labels, tags, and seals intact.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided.
• The return must be initiated within the 7-day return window.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products: Any product whose seal has been broken or that has been partially or fully consumed.
• Sale or discounted items: Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are final sale and non-returnable.
• Gift cards: Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable.
• Bundled products: Items purchased as part of a bundle or combo offer must be returned as a complete set.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated:

• You will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your return and the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account).
• Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
• Shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a full replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
• Photo evidence is required: Please send clear photographs of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label to support@bioayurix.com.
• Our team will review the evidence and respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution.
• If approved, we will offer a full replacement at no additional cost or a complete refund, based on your preference and product availability.
• Return shipping for damaged or defective products will be covered by Bioayurix.
